Hi, I'm Marvella, owner and founder of Marvelous Bakes.
As far back as I can remember, I was in my mother's kitchen helping her bake and cook. I loved being in the kitchen with my mom. Not only was our kitchen a place to create delicious desserts but it was also a place of gathering and conversation for family and friends. People came to my Mothers kitchen for her incredible homemade pies; but for me my passion grew to create the perfect marvelous cookies and cake.
I started baking at a very early age but became more serious as I got older. I honed my passion for baking and cake decorating in 4-H projects and competitions, and my passion grew as I did.
Bringing beautiful, delicious cookie bouquets and cakes warms my heart is a route to my greatest passion - making people smile and feel happy. I believe in God and Family, and in baking as a way to become closer to both.
